Evelyn Waugh

Arthur Evelyn St. John Waugh was born on October 28th, 1903 in West Hampstead, London, England and died in Somerset at age 62. He was a novelist, travelogue and also wrote short stories and biographies. His most famous works are Decline and Fall, A Handful of Dust, Brideshead Revisited, and Sword of Honour.

We will read a short story by Waugh: The Man Who Liked Dickens (1933).
